  • A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
  • A security deposit is required before the rental begins and is refundable, subject to conditions outlined in your rental agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is available in the rental agreement and at checkout. Refunds are processed based on the timing and terms of your cancellation. All service fees and taxes related to those fees are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

By booking through our site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Use our rentals only for personal, recreational use (unless otherwise approved).
  • Abide by all usage, insurance, and return policies outlined in your rental agreement.
  • Return the vehicle or trailer on time and in good condition.

Unauthorized use (e.g., rideshare, smoking, unapproved pets, excessive mileage) may result in additional charges or legal action.

5. Insurance

  • Renters of RVs and travel trailers must purchase insurance through JMB Rentals LLC.
  • Auto renters may either purchase insurance through us or provide proof of valid full coverage insurance.
  • You are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property during your rental period.
  • Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events.

Use of our rentals is at your own risk. Always follow local traffic laws and campground regulations.
